Important Legal Notice

LVXLAW is a LegalTech company, not a law firm, and does not provide individual legal advice or legal representation before courts. Its role is limited to offering general legal information and connecting users with independent, licensed attorneys.

Product

LVXLAW is an AI workspace for legal work involving Chinese law and related cross-border matters. Research relevant sources, review documents and prepare editable working drafts using your facts and instructions.

No. LVXLAW supports legal research, document review and drafting across matters such as suppliers, employment, trade, companies, disputes and personal or family issues. Available assistance depends on the task and supported tools. Contract review is one use case.

Describe what you need to get done or add a supported document. Sign in, review your request and send it. You can start with your own words; you do not need a contract or legal terminology.

You can extract and discuss information, review issues and prepare a working draft. Upload only formats shown as supported in the upload control, and only information you are authorized to share.

Yes. Use LVXLAW to research legal issues, review documents and prepare working drafts for China-related business matters. Contact info@lvxlaw.com for business enquiries or partnerships. You can start using the workspace without booking a meeting.

Usage & Accuracy

AI output can be incomplete, outdated or mistaken. Check important source links, dates and applicability. Obtain qualified professional review before acting on a consequential decision.

Sources may be provided when research is used. A source link does not by itself prove that every conclusion is correct. Open the source and check that it supports the relevant claim.

No. Applicable rules and professional licensing depend on the matter and jurisdiction. LVXLAW does not guarantee complete coverage of every country or topic.

The workspace provides information and AI assistance. Using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship or legal privilege. Independent professional services require a separate engagement.

Use Request a Lawyer where available. Availability, scope and fees are separate from your subscription and are explained before you agree to an engagement.

No. Legal and business outcomes depend on facts, evidence, counterparties, authorities and applicable rules.

The service is not monitored for emergencies, service of process or urgent legal deadlines. Contact the relevant authority or a qualified professional directly.

The public website is available in English and Chinese. Input formats and answer-language support depend on the tool. Use the supported options shown in the product; an interface language does not guarantee support for every document language.

Saved conversations let you return to your work where the feature is available. A saved document draft can be exported to Word. Check the selected draft version before downloading.

Payment & Security

Plus is $30/month or $255/year. Pro is $80/month or $750/year. Check the current plan limits and total at checkout. Annual plans are billed upfront. Independent lawyer fees are separate.

The pricing page shows the available tools and usage limits for each plan. Your workspace shows your current plan and remaining usage. Choose a higher plan only when its published tools or limits meet your needs.

Any current free allowance, eligibility, expiry and refresh rule are shown before you start and in your workspace. A free allowance does not promise unlimited or permanent free use.

Your workspace will show the limit and any available refresh date or upgrade option. Review the plan details before choosing a paid option.

Use the billing controls in your account or contact support@lvxlaw.com. Check the Refund and Cancellation Policy for eligibility and timing. Your confirmation shows the actual effective date.
