Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers subscriptions purchased directly from LVXLAW. Your order identifies the operating company, plan, amount and billing period. You can cancel future renewals at any time in account settings or by emailing support@lvxlaw.com from your account email. Cancellation does not require a telephone call or payment of an unreasonable fee.

After cancellation, your plan normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for and will not renew. A refund or another lawful termination may end the corresponding paid access. The ongoing Free plan does not require a payment card and does not become a paid subscription automatically.

We provide a full refund of your first subscription payment if you request it within seven calendar days after that payment. This voluntary policy does not depend on how many questions you asked or files you uploaded. It applies once to your first paid subscription with us and does not restart when you change plans or return after cancelling. It does not restrict any separate right you have under applicable law.

After that period, there is no additional general voluntary right to a refund for a change of mind. However, we review duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorised payments, charges after a valid cancellation, failure to provide the agreed service, material changes and any termination or refund rights required by law. A renewal or annual payment is not automatically excluded from refund merely because a new billing period has started.

Where a refund or termination is due, we explain the basis and amount, including any lawful calculation for unused service. Nothing in this policy waives mandatory rights or prevents a complaint to a competent authority or court.

Email support@lvxlaw.com with your order number and account email. Do not send full card details or identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is genuinely needed. We acknowledge within two business days. We initiate an approved refund within ten business days through the original payment method where available. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit it; we provide the reference and expected timing. Any alternative method is agreed securely with you.

Independent law-firm fees are governed by the separate engagement with that firm. This does not affect rights relating to fees charged by LVXLAW itself.
